Lorrie Warner
Lorrie A. Warner, 60, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, Feb. 9, 2024, with her loving family around her bedside.
A lifetime Warsaw resident, Lorrie was born on Dec. 9, 1963, to Lundy and Juldene (Cummings) McClelland.
She was a loving mother, wife and grandmother, or to her grandchildren she was affectionately called “Grandma Day.”
She had an eye for animal photography. Lorrie loved nature, enjoyed bird watching and had a heart for cats. Her favorite color was blue, and she was an avid collector of angels.
Lorrie is dearly missed by her husband, Steve Pfefferkorn, Warsaw, and her daughters, Shena (Joshua) Knisely, Claypool, and Angela (Richard) Wade, Warsaw; three grandchildren, Skyler and Haley Knisely, and Arya Wade; and siblings, Carol Gillam, Cheryl Sandlin, Sherry (Brian) Pennington, Shawn McClelland, Benita Irwin, Alicia McClelland and Patricia Hancock.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and siblings, Raymond, William, Julia, Angela and Teresa.
Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to noon Friday, Feb. 16, at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, 2290 Provident Court, Warsaw. Funeral services will follow at noon with Pastor Larry Burkhart officiating.
Burial will be in the Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
