
Cindy Collins
Cynthia P. Collins, of Claypool, passed away unexpectedly in her home Saturday, Feb. 17, 2024, at the age of 69. She was born in Front Royal, Va., on Dec. 30, 1954, to her parents, Edison and Jinx Marrow. Cindy’s warmth and outgoing personality touched the lives of all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
In 1972, Cindy graduated from high school in Saipan in the Northern Mariana Islands before going on to attend college at Grace College. While her professional career as a homemaker was fulfilling, Cindy’s true passion was caring for her friends and family. In 1975, she married Glen Collins. The two have spent 48 years together.
Those close to Cindy will always remember her love for animals, particularly dogs and cats, as well as her artistic talents showcased through her creations of art and jewelry. Her spirit of acceptance and friendliness made her home a gathering place for all.
Those who survive with broken hearts include her beloved husband, Glen Collins; daughter, Lucina Collins; brothers, Stan (Tina) Marrow and Chris (Betsy) Marrow; sister, Jan Diaz; and nieces, Alex and Jessica Marrow. She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother-in-law, Manuel Diaz.
Titus Funeral Home is entrusted with the care of Cindy and her family. Friends and family may gather there, 2000 Sheridan St. Warsaw, for visitation from 1-3 p.m. Saturday, March 16. At 3 p.m., the Life Celebration will begin with Pastor Glenn Hall officiating. Memorial gifts in honor of Cindy may be given to the Animal Welfare League.
